will accept returns for up to 30 days if item is not as described. 
Return shipping cost is at buyers expense, will return payment by

eBay
has implemented changes primarily affecting sellers so I am adding this
information to all my listings:  I strive to provide an accurate
description and complete disclosure of my selling practices.  If the
item does not meet your expectations please contact me prior to leaving
feedback so that I may address any issues.   I make every effort to ship
within 3 BUSINESS days of receiving payment.  All international
shipments are by USPS 1st class mail international.  International
bidders are responsible for all customs fees.  I will not mark items on
customs forms as gifts or declare a value lower than the winning bid so
please do not ask me to do so.  If there is not a “buy it now” price
listed on the item, it means I intend to let the auction run to
completion so please do not ask me to end the auction early, that is
unfair to other bidders.  If an item is listed as no international
shipping, I will not ship it outside of the US but will ship to a US
address for international bidders.  Ebay is very strict on allowing
sellers to remain with ebay based on their feedback and detailed seller
ratings numbers.  I strive to have all my buyers 100% satisfied.  If you

me prior to leaving feedback so that I may address them.  As a seller,
my policy is that I provide feedback after the item has been paid for.

Please note:  I have been experiencing a
sharp increase in non-paying bidders.   Once an auction ends, sellers
have to pay auction fees based on the amount of the winning
bid, REGARDLESS of whether or not the buyer follows through with
payment.  When a buyer fails to pay for an item, the only recourse
sellers have is to file a non-paying bidder complaint with ebay to have
the auction fees paid by the seller refunded.   Ebay allows 4 days for a
buyer to make payment arrangements before they allow sellers to open a
non-paying bidder complaint.   If I do not receive payment or otherwise
hear from a winning bidder within 4 days, a non-paying bidder complaint
will be opened.
Shipping Address Information:  I
use the eBay seller assistant to print shipping labels.  It copies the
address information listed on the buyers eBay/Paypal account.  It is the
responsibility of the BUYER to ensure that the address listed on their
account is current and correct.  I will not accept responsibility for a
shipment being sent to the wrong address if the buyer provides an
incorrect address on their eBay/Paypal account.  PLEASE update your
account address before bidding and do not send notes, emails, etc
expecting me to correct the address that is provided on your account.
