This is lovely green vaseline two handled bowl.  I do not know who the manufacturer was.  The glass has imperfections which occurred during firing.  The bowl measure 8″ from handle to handle, 6″ across the center of the bowl, and 2″ in height.  It would be a lovely candy dish.
Bowl has no chips or cracks.  I does have some scratches and there are imperfections in the glass.  See photos.
